Two flights later. I just can't sleep.
I've being researching about Insomnia and reading your blog, I found your post very helpful :) . I thought I would leave my first comment. I don't know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading.

My suggestion is to try Ambien -especially if you are like me and your symptoms are worst when first beginning to relax into sleep and you feel like you have to get up and run the treadmill or do the 1 minute mile on the exorcise bike -or alternatively feel like you might get relief if you were to break both your ankles. The Ambien will get you past that and into sleep.
